This is my favorite Gestalt logo, the NBC logo. It uses the gestalt principle of closure because there is a peacocks body and head cut out from the color background of feathers.

Extra help lab hours
If you want some extra help when you're working on your projects for the semester, visit the labs during these hours and a TA will be available to help you.

Templates for logo project
Here are the templates you'll need for the logo project:
Horizontal business cards
Vertical business cards
Envelope
Be sure to do a "Save link as" when you download these files from this site. These are template files, so you have to use the "Save As" to create your own file from them once you start.
Also, don't forget the printer's marks option when you go to print - it will help you in trimming the files.
