Design Strategy: My strategy was to choose a bold wordmark and an easily readable body text. The wordmark catches the eye, and the red dots lead the eye downwards toward the text. I chose a wide left margin in order for the paper not to seem overcrowded and give the wordmark the major focus.
I like what you did with your name. The small j that drops into your last name is a really creative idea. I also like how you utilized the dotted line, it's a good substitute for the typical straight line. It's also cool how you matched the dot on the j to the color of your dotted lines.
If you want some extra help when you're working on your projects for the semester, visit the labs during these hours and a TA will be available to help you.

Here are the templates you'll need for the logo project:

Be sure to do a "Save link as" when you download these files from this site. These are template files, so you have to use the "Save As" to create your own file from them once you start.
Also, don't forget the printer's marks option when you go to print - it will help you in trimming the files.
